Drop a line to the Police Commissioner documenting the insensitive questions being asked to you. His email and phone number are publicly available. IPS officers are very sensitive for these types of crimes. They will depute a special officer to investigate, if need be.

Please write to the commissioner of police in pune.

You can also go to Maharashtra state grievance cell (it has a website, register and login) and write about what you went through while filing the FIR. Don't forget to mention the case number and the name and title of the person who asked you those questions. Write about what you are going through personally. 

The grievance cell is handled directly by CMO. They take a couple of weeks but they do take action. 

Whichever PG it is, drop a review on Google and mention that it is unsafe and the CCTVs don't work. Drop the review with an anonymous account so that they don't torment you to take it down.

Courage matters girl, you showed it, but time to show it a little more. Even if you think that ship has sailed, damage is done, at least your actions will heal the trauma.

If the FIR was filed, all you have to do is send a letter to the police station, commissionerate, woman commission in the region, same letter addressing all three authorities, and also mentioning that the letter is forwarded to all these authorities and probably home ministry too. Mention and ask the actions that were taken. 

You can use the CPGRAMS portal as the next step, search about it, there you can file complaints against inaction on FIR. 

No one will intimidate you, they will start giving you daily/weekly updates. 

PS: Super next step: send RTI enquiry on the FIR.

This is actually has become the reality of Pune PGs.
Be it Viman Nagar, Wakad, Hinjewadi everywhere you can find shady PGs with extremely shady owners and staff. When I was new to the city almost 8 years ago and I being a man was terrified by the chapri looking people that lurk in the night like pests.

They will go to any extent to make you feel anxious, angry, disturbed or any trauma of any kind. 

I had hardly seen 5 - 10 police officers in the city at any given point in time. Too pathetic condition of the city.

The problem now is, the city is now divided into 2 parts, the one chapri gang who are nothing but nuisance to the society and the second the educated one who inspite of having good job behaves like chapri.

It's a shame how common these things are, our hostel (not in Pune) had the same issue and we were shut down when we approached our warden. This was 20+ years ago though. 

I'm proud that girls today are more vocal and not afraid to reach for help or speak up. You may not see any action from the cops but you still did the right thing.

The system is really distressed in Pune especially due to local goons and police are working hand in hand. A violent incident had happened with a couple living in a PG in Tingre Nagar. They were too pressurised with false accusations, and even violence and abuse was done to them. Sad reality of the city 🥲

Also a lot of PGs in Somnath Nagar have owners who’ve leased to other local caretaker and they’ve this local friends and team who know nothing is gonna happen against them. The sad reality of Pune is Police and the administration are just sleeping.

I can’t even think of what you’re getting through. Take your time, and hold yourself up.

My uncle had given a loan to a builder who defaulted. We had all the proofs , bounced checks, agreement. But the police in charge called him to the commissioners office and told him we have received 20 such complaints and nothing can be done. They shut the case

Because of all this kind of shit really I really don't want to live in India... But ya for sure this is not the solution

So sorry this happened. Take counselling, take care of yourself and get out of this. It’s sad that this happened but you do whatever it takes to get over the anxiety, trauma and bad feelings. You absolutely made no mistake. Stay strong!

I live near that PG, and personally that place is so creepy, some creepy people stand over there at night and do nothing, I saw several times, there's a tree and so many chapri people stand over there at night  and they stare at people who with weird looking pose, even a normal person can tell, they are not normal, and near that PG there's a police station as well but yk 🫤

My 2 F friends were staying at wadgaon sheri on rent. They had horrible experience. The broker , caretaker and owner were so pathetic,. I (M) myself had a fight with all three of them.  They being girl were all alone so being a friend I throught of talking to owner but that owner started fighting with me. They left the room within 4 months . Wadgaon sheri is horrible place to live.

This is so horrible OP. I had a hard time just while reading all this. Takes great strength to put this out on public platform. Can't even imagine what you are going through. What makes it worse is that you aren't getting any real help. 
And I get it that this becomes a scar which is so tough to heal from especially when you are lacking support. Even sharing this with family must be so tough.

The insensitive nature of response from police and the caretakers should not be like that.
1. Not taking action on such cases encourages perpetrators , they think that nothing has happened to then yet and they always try and push their boundaries, it may start from peeping, making comments but not stopping them soon can easily become cases like RG kar rape case, or any other rape cases, and then police becomes active than, but now someone life has been ruined.
That person who maybe doing these kind of things it would not take much time if he breaks out in one room and do something regretful.
